- London: Students must demonstrate living costs of £1,483 per month.

- Outside London: £1,136 per month.

- For a one-year master's program, students must show proof of covering nine months of expenses, totaling £13,347 in London and £10,224 outside London.

- Funds must be held for at least 28 consecutive days before submitting a visa application.


# New Financial Requirements for Skilled Workers

- First-time applicants must show an annual income of £38,700 to cover living costs and accommodation.

- Employer sponsorship is required, and applicants must secure sponsorship from a UK employer approved by the relevant authorities .

- Increased visa application fees across most categories.

- Stricter financial scrutiny for tourists and visitors.

- Clearer income thresholds for family visas, with a minimum annual income of £29,000 for partners or spouses
